Resource: Relapse Prevention Planning
A guide to supporting yourself through long-term recovery
Good Morning!
I’m sharing a new resource today. This guide has been in the works for a bit now, and it’s full of every little thing I would want someone to think about when they are navigating what long-term recovery looks like. If you happen to be an individual client of mine, we go through this document together in our final sessions before officially discharging. If you aren’t, this is a useful tool to help you consider what supports, skills, and boundaries you need in order to live life outside of disordered eating. I would suggest going through it with your dietitian or therapist if that is an option! It is designed for those who are farther along in their recovery, potentially even preparing to discharge from regular RD/therapy sessions or higher levels of care.
You can also find this guide here and here if you would like access to this document but would prefer to not upgrade to a paid membership.
I’m going to start sharing paid perks semi-regularly but will always include those of you who are currently on the free plan in case something catches your eye. If you are in particular need of a resource and do not have the ability to upgrade to paid, please send me a chat!
Thank you all for being here!
